Early 2020 introduced the Covid – 19 Pandemic globally to the world. Many businesses had to quickly adapt to the changes around us. We were able to quickly implement changes and precautions to keep everyone safe. GHI continues to monitor recommendations and information from the CDC and other government officials with safety being paramount in the process.  

As 2021 begins we are celebrating nearly 11 years of providing quality home inspections and ancillary services like termite, radon and mold testing for the buyers and sellers of real estate in the DC metro area. Many of you continue to count on us for our fast reliable service and availability of 7 days a week that includes most holidays.
